A general contractor that thinks beyond the build

EUROCONCEPT SOLUTIONS s.r.o. is a Slovak construction company headquartered in Košice, operating across markets that extend well beyond a single country. We deliver projects throughout Europe — in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Košice is a strategic entry point into Central Europe. From here, we reach markets from the Baltic to the Adriatic efficiently and without delay.

Our model is not that of a conventional contractor with a fixed resource base. We act as the overarching manager of the construction process: assembling a project-specific team from vetted specialists and certified partner organisations, coordinating every phase, and bearing full contractual responsibility for the outcome. All subcontracting organisations operate under formal agreements and comply with the legal requirements of the country where work is performed.

Construction is our centre of gravity. Around it, we have built a full set of supporting competencies: logistics, engineering, materials procurement, digital services, security systems, and management consulting. The client receives not a collection of separate services — but a single, managed solution under one contract.

We are not limited to our own resources. EUROCONCEPT SOLUTIONS assembles and manages extended teams: depending on the project, we engage highly specialised subcontractors, engineers, technical experts and suppliers from our accredited partner network. All subcontracting organisations operate under formal agreements and comply with the legal requirements of the country where work is performed.
